RE: Game Translation News
1. Rip your ISO from your PSP. If you didn't buy the game, I don't care about you, so don't ask for help with that.
2. Rename your ISO file to "Sword Art Online" (if you have file extensions showing, "Sword Art Online.iso". If you don't know, you don't have them showing.)
3. Extract those files into the same directory as the iso.
4. Start -> type "cmd" and hit enter.
5. Type "cd /d " (c, d, space, /, d, space) in the black box that appears.
6. At the top of your Explorer window, showing the files (not the black box), there will be an icon. It looks like a folder icon, and next to it are the names of folders - on the other side should be back/forward arrows, etc. Drag this icon into the black box.
7. Click on the black box, and hit enter.
8. Copy the following line:

xdelta3 -d -s "Sword Art Online.iso" "Sword Art Online Infinity Moment.patch" "Sword Art Online (patched).iso"

9. Right click on the title bar of the black box window -> Edit -> Paste.
10. Now press enter in that window.

11. You're done.

This process could've made much easier if the patch zip had included batch file. Correctly creating a batch file is difficult for people who don't already know how to use xdelta3 (or more specifically people who have file extensions hidden), so the above should be more foolproof (even if it's quite some steps.)

But, this question is probably more appropriate to ask where you got the patch.
