With shenmue you don't need the third disc.. its a passport disc just FYI. yes, theres 4 disc lol( huge game)

Next I noticed that several of the games you mentioned currently have issues running on PPSSPP, specifically the God of War games that require very specific settings to run well and Phantasy Star Portable 2 which suffers from some pretty severe graphical glitches no matter your settings I would recommend checking the compatibility list found here
