guys, so today i found something intrsting , so test Miami Vice and Dead To Right on my c7 belle, i use the new 0.95 latest build , but miami vice = crash , dead to right = slow,
then, i downgrade my version to 0.75 , and both run at good speed, with full 60 VPS , i also tried monster hunter unite and it run more good on 0.75 ,
so what made the 0.75 more stable ?

Honestly, I have no idea.
The new languages were added in v0.7.6 or thereabouts which killed all the VRAM on the first-generation devices like yours. By v0.9 I finally removed these languages and regained the VRAM but performance never came back.
Which builds did you try by the way? Make sure you try 0.9.5-410 or higher. I fixed a bug which was causing crashes in that one.
By the way, can you please try this v0.7.5 and tell me if performance is worse than the v0.7.5 you were using? https://mega.co.nz/#!r55BUCTA!RWXmyBiWST...IP0Jn8gxpk
In the release version, I may have added some personal speedhacks (such as modifying timing). I forgot about them after v0.7.5 as I didn't think they were helping and we had the whole 'VRAM issue'.

ok, so this 0.76 version is more worse than the 0.75 while both using same default settings, on 0.76 it has that old font bug, i even can't play tehra dark warrior because can't see anything.
Also miami vice which work full vps on 0.75 , on this 0.76 just black screen.

The version I sent should be v0.7.5 as well. Interesting.
Try v0.9.5-426. I added a hack I was using in that release you tried.

I know that symbian devices aren't as powerful as the other devices running ppsspp my question is will we be able to play ''heavy'' games (I don't know like GoW) at an acceptable speed in the future ?

I don't think any current phone will be able to play GoW at acceptable speeds in the future, let alone Symbian.
Even Snapdragon 800 phones can't do that.

Is the speed comparable to v0.7.5? Better or worse?
For the games that are crashing:
Likely a regression, it would probably be crashing for everyone right now.

on 0.75 i can play dead to right, miami vice, monster hunter fu with more speed compared to the new 426, but i can't play harvest moon and gta vcs, which both working on 426,
but on 426, i cant play dead to right, miami vice , but monster hunter work but at good speed like 0.75 ,

OK, so speed issue is resolved? Good.
Crashes affect everyone. Will probably be resolved soon.
Edit: Strange you mention more speed with Tehra Dark Warrior. This game has always run 60 FPS and still does?

No text display in the emulator in the fuse on ppsspp sumbian on android and there why? And will it support Sony PlayStation one?
