[Solved]ppsspp 0.9.5 make vga driver crash

hello guys i have this problem...

recently i use the new version of ppsspp, i was playing Project Diva 2nd and there's no problem in game and working perfectly
but when i restart my computer and when startup program work (my vga driver) it's crash and can't work
the problem is that crash make my other program (game and browser) lag (slow response)
next, i try restore to before i use the new version ppsspp, then my program work correctly again, so i think the problem is come from the emulator.

can someone help to solve my problem
this my computer spec:
Athlon II X2 250 3Ghz
RAM 2GB
XFX HD 5670

so the only way to solve this problem is go back to the old version...
and now i use the old version (0.9.1) and there is no problem
its working perfect (but i have not played another game except Project Diva 2nd )

con : v0.9.5 still have bug
and Case closed
