Well, first of all, I'm new in this forum so, nice to meet you all guys
Mainly, I registered to tell you that I have found a solution to the black screen problem, so I'm going to do a short tutorial.

Things you need...
Naruto Ultimate Ninja Heroes 3 ISO
UMDGen (I recommend v4.00,)

1- Open the ISO with UMDGen (or just drag the ISO into the main screen).
2- Go to PSP_GAME/USRDIR/movie.
3- Once there, extract "logo_cc2.pmf" file (right click on it and "Extract Selected...")
4- Then, open the "logo_cc2.pmf" you extracted with Notepad and erase all the text in it, then save the file.
5- Drag the "new empty logo_cc2.pmf" file and put into the UMDGen (in the same folder). Replace the original with the new one.
6- Save the new ISO file as Uncompressed (*.iso) with the name you want. Wait until it finishes.
7- Then, run the new ISO on PPSSPP and after the CRIWARE press Start (or just wait) and you'll find yourself in the main screen.

Well, that would be all, I tested the game in v0.9.5 and v0.7.6 and works in both.

thank and good job@zodiacholiday,i never though it could be use like that an it working 100%,got past those credit and procede normaly,doesn't affect gameplay though if using this trick,+1 for you for finding this useful thing,hope it got actuall fix after this,should be working on android too.

Is there any other way to get past the opening scene.. I follow the steps but it seems that I can't compress the iso file.. It just gives me a folder.. I'm on an Android device?.. Any help will be appreciated!

Here's a simple way(tested and it's working)

1.Open the image win UMDGen
2.Highlight logo_cc2.pmf in PSP_GAME/USRDIR/movie
3.Right click on it and select Dummy
4.Save the image and that's all

Better save it with different name just to be sure you won't damage your original image

also i think we should use umd gen 4.0 as stated above,i tried to do it with umd gen 2.0 and can't boot the game and crashing,that what i though.

If someone is generous enough to upload the modified ISO? I'd do that my my internet speed is not up to the standards, well it'll solve the problem for everyone

Why do you need modified image...the whole "fixing" process is few clicks(4 steps like I explained above)
