[Linux] OpenMandriva & ROSA builds and patches

Since 0.8 we have PPSSPP builds in official OpenMandriva & ROSA repositories. PPSSPP is compiled with system ffmpeg and patched to load Atrac3+ plugin installed from ppsspp-at3plus-plugin package.

There's also one patch that I find very useful. It adds hotkey to swap D-pad and left joystick inputs during emulation. Because some games use D-pad for movement while others use joystick for movement and D-pad for map, items etc.

It may be useful for other Linux distributions that don't have PPSSPP in their repositories yet.

ROSA & OpenMandriva packages updated to 0.9.5.

ROSA's system ffmpeg (2.1) patched to support atrac3plus decoding. OpenMandriva's ffmpeg (1.2) will be possibly patched little later (I don't maintain it there myself).

So PPSSPP will lack ingame music in OpenMandriva until ffmpeg gets atrac3plus support...
