PPSSPP crush when I start any game

PPSSPP crush when I start any game
So.... I have intel x3100 graphic and they works well on ppsspp, but yesterday when I tried to play game (Corpse Party) I started emulator, clicked on game...aaaand it chrushed...
I also tried any other game (they works perfectly fine before) but there is the same problem...when i click on the game its crush...
But i notice one think...when I clicked on the Software rendering the game works (but of course very slow) so I have no idea what can be wrong with it

I have the same GPU and I can't start the PPSSPP. How you have selected the software rendering if the emutor doesn't start?

Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636)

PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro

for me the emulator working very good (I played the Kh:bbs on full speed)
If you want to start ppsspp on x3100 you must have Windows 7 and the latest intel graphic for graphic card (it support OpenGL 2.0, so the ppsspp will start)

But backing to my problem: I also notice that the latest Github build of ppsspp have some problem with the ppsspp.exe application problem, because when I using official 0.9.1 build the games work, but when i copied an pasted the latest ppsspp.exe to the official the game won't start...so there must be problem in the application...

I'm using the latest drivers, at least is what the Intel Download Center says.
