It's for legal reasons , there is no clarity over the licensing of the plugin hence its not hosted on this site,thats why the devs. are still looking to solve it with an alternative method

Maxim has begun merging his properly reverse-engineered Atrac3+ code into FFMPEG now, so this ugly plugin will soon be history Smile Maxim's new code is also much faster, which will reduce the CPU usage of Atrac3+ decoding.

That's good news indeed, is there gonna be another official PPSSPP version once the new Maxim's Atrac3+ decoder is merged? like 0.9.5 or something?

I believe 1.0.0 will be out once the Game-Specific settings is implemented.

is maxim's audio will be built-in in ppsspp and has better quality? compared to mai's audio which is a plugin?

Download it and automatic going to correct folder basically it in you PPSSPP folder..

you're window 32 bit and you need this stuff only at3plusdecoder.dll(put it in you ppsspp folder) and you don't all this stuff
