RE: Death Jr.
I cannot enter the game.
Startup video/logos/copyrights runs extremely slow. Menu works fine If I click new game the emulator crashes. I think once I saw the first frame of the startup FMV video before it crashed. Happy to help provide more information if shown/told how, I also own a CFW PSP 1000 so can rip games, firmware or files from that if required. 0.9.1-1150 |

RE: Death Jr.
Oddly using 0.9.5 I could enter the game, I use an xbox 360 wireless pad and was able to 'alternate speed' through the very laggy FMV's in Death Jnr 1 and 2 and then play as normal (so far) in game

RE: Death Jr.
@bassop your problem is a typical description of throttling caused by overheating.
This is not a ppsspp issue, but your device flawed design, which apparently does not radiate heat fast enough to run at high performance for a longer periods of time. Nothing much you can do, other than playing less demanding games or trying hacks/frameskip to play with less power, you could also mod your device with better heat radiation or some kind of cooling system, but that's usually not possible with mobiles. http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=6594 - Custom PPSSPP Shaders! http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=3590&pid=117172#pid117172 - simple CE scripts to help creating CWCheats, https://github.com/LunaMoo/PPSSPP_workarounds - CWCheat workarounds. |
