Tekken 5: Dark Resurrection eventually goes to black screen, help?

So the game seem to run perfectly... till eventually in a stage it goes black but not completely. Here is a picture.

I have the buffering turned off
the frame skipping off as well
and hardware transformer off as well. Any ideas to help this problem?
If more information is needed please ask, this is one my favorite game and i'll like to play it with out this.
