Why "Monster Hunter Freedom 2"?? Just play "Monster Hunter UNITE" is better version with new area and monsters ;-)

You didn't list any details, so it's hard to say what your issue might be.
1. What device? What are its specs?
2. What region of the game? It's possible some regions aren't working in PPSSPP.
3. This game actually already has a thread here.

Also, Maverick81PL, it doesn't matter why he wants to play this version. Maybe he grew up liking it, or maybe he doesn't want the extra monsters, areas, or content. Maybe he can't afford MHFU. It's highly unlikely that's related to his problem.
