Cheats for PPSSPP?

1. im using 0.9.1 of ppsspp which was downloaded on this site, i was wondering how to use cheats? i;ve read some post from the "cwcheat" thread but its not working for me , im using 64bit, do i need to download anything? and oh incase someone would be humble enough to teach a newbie here, i want to use cheats for GTA liberty city stories v3, china town wars, vice city. thanks in advance

2. i downloaded the latest version of build but i keep having a pop up error saying something about a missing .dll i google it and it says that it has something to do with directX so i downloaded it but still no luck

3. and oh rather than making another thread, how/where can i download the later version of ppsspp, (64 bit), i read through some post and i noticed that some games are working on the later version of ppsspp and not on the latest ones

We have only said that because Microsoft is the creator of DirectX...
So it's more logical to download it via Microsoft's servers

*facepalm* i wonder if you guys are even reading the whole post , like what i SAID / TYPED / POSTED , i already downloaded the latest DirectX from microsoft but it didnt do anything. and you didnt even bother answering the other questions that i asked regarding cwcheat

With an attitude like that, I feel less inclined to help, but I'll take it as a challenge instead.

1. Not all cheats that work on a real PSP work in PPSSPP. Have you made sure to enable cheats, and that the desired ones you have are in /your ppsspp directory/cheats/<your game's id>.ini? You simply said they don't work, so more details would be helpful here.

2. You're not listing the exact error message, nor which dll is the problem, so it's hard to say what could be wrong.
