I have a brand new htc one and every game I try one ppsspp lags. what can I do to stop this?Huh

1. What games?
2. What version of PPSSPP?
3. What sort of settings are you using?
4. Have you read the performance guide?

Good point. ppsspp v0.9.1-1.

dj portable max3 just crashes and grand turismo, midnight club 3, tony hawlks underground 2 remix and socom lag.

buffered rendering on, frameskipping auto, alternative speed unlimited, hardware transform on vertex cache on, what else do you need to know?
