hmm... since there are no much information in the game's thread, i suggest you to ask directly in the said game's threads:
Generation of Chaos
Aedis Eclipse
Blazing Souls
Spectral Souls
good luck!

I just tested saves from gamefsaqs for those games and they work. Make sure that the region for the game save you are downloading matches that of the game you are playing and extract the save files to ppsspp>memstic>psp>savedata.

after looking at the picture you posted of those four files in the UKLS folder, that entire folder is the save file. however you need to remove that from the generation of chaos folder as it is not necessary.

To clarify what mr.chya is saying, your save data tree should look like this:
memstick/PSP/SAVEDATA/ULKS46013000
not
memstick/PSP/SAVEDATA/generation of chaos/ULKS46013000
The PSP(and in turn, PPSSPP) looks for saves based on game ID/title ID.
4GHz AMD 3900X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, 6GB Nvidia RTX 2060, Asus Crosshair 7 Hero (Wifi), Linux

Ok I figured it out
Apparently, moving Memstick to the actual PPSSPP folder is whats messing it up since it keeps making a new memstick folder in my account files

Yeah ppsspp usually doesn't create things like .ini files and the memstick and cheats directory until it actually needs them.
