Vita hasn't been hacked yet, maybe in future but at the moment no.

No. Get CEF TN-V on your Vita for now, if you're on 2.12 or below and want to run PSP homebrews & games.

That was my point. If you want to run whatever homebrews you want on the Vita, get CEF-capable Vita.
