Massive speedup with 091

If I load a game (Class of Heroes and Crisis Core), and let it run in background while I check a manual (window mode, app screen at 800*600 so alt tab out), ppsspp speed up massively. 190~vps

This didnt happen with 081.

System: pc windowsxpsp3

Are you pressing the ` key while the ppsspp window is active
This switch the speed mode...what happens if you press that key when the speed goes to 190

Holding TAB is the default shortcut for superspeeding the emulator, so if you Alt+Tab, that might be triggered for a short while.

Hmm so that problem still exist.
Atl+Tab triggers unthrottle and stay at that mode since ppsspp think that the tab key is still pressed
I guess I have to set the key to something else...left shift maybe

Left-shift is already reserved for RapidFire.

I'm not saying to set the key to be default,just randomly suggesting different key rather than Tab since using Alt+Tab can case problems

Seems like I was jumping to conclusion too fast.

i open several apps at once. like emeditor and chrome and ppsspp. screen is at 1027*768 wile ppsspp at 800*600.

when I play (coh, cc, and fate/extra), I may click on the emeditor at the end of the screen to switch. Speedup.
If I press escape to change ppsspp into escape screen, then click, then speedup wont happen.

tab or ` does not get pressed in either case.

But does the speed goes back to normal if you press ` while ppsspp is the active window

Try disable unthrottle and speedtoggle by delete their hotkeys
from control setting and see if the problem still exist.
