No music & sound in videos

I'm trying to play Tales of Eternia and there is no sound for videos and no music at all.
I downloaded and installed Atrac3+ twice, but it makes no difference at all.

I'm using v. 0.9.1 for Windows.

Is that a problem with the game (the game thread did not mention any sound problems) or something else?

Maybe you need reopen ppsspp after installed atrac3+ only that i can suggest you.
