I am trying to find the svn source code that can be used with tortoisesvn for WIN32(build) only but so far the git page downloads everything when i try that page help plz?

We don't use SVN (subversion), we use Git. So if you want to use a tortoise app, just use TortoiseGit.

What is the git link for only the win32 build or is that impossible?

Git doesn't work like that. Just check out the entire tree(and grab the submodules) and open the sln file under \Windows..
