I'm pretty sure you'll get a good speed on a lot of games with galaxy S4
One of the mods here, GuilhermeGS2, uses galaxy S2 and if i recall correctly he once reported that he played GoW on that device with a decent speed (with some tweaks of course)

Thanks! I don't knew of this version, I think is becaue here on my country exist only the normal and the LTE. Then, this is the best version compared to LTE, but also is better compared to Octa? And about the new LG L2 that will releas, that also whave the Snapdragon 800 (quad Krait, don't know if is the same of S4 LTE-A), but it will come with 2.2Ghz, so, will be best phone, right? You think that can run the PPSSPP fine?

Sure the Xperia Z Ultra. Is really better than Galaxy S4. It have Snapdragon 800 with 2.2Ghz Quad-Core, will run PPSSPP fine. And the price is less than S4.

should be okay on galaxy star,the program is not harmful at all,the thing usually brick android were clocking,rooting or changing kernel blablabla.if it brick then you should prepare with your life
