Saved Data not being picked up for 0.9
I have moved my mem stick with all of my save data to the same page as flash0, lang, assets ect and once I try and load a game it saves there is nothing there.
Text has disappeared as well. Any help? |

RE: Saved Data not being picked up for 0.9
That should have worked. Are you running ppsspp through a shortcut that has the wrong working directory set?

RE: Saved Data not being picked up for 0.9
I fixed it now using my PSP fonts for the text problem and PPSSPP created a save folder and after moving my saves to that it now all works perfectly. Thanks.

RE: Saved Data not being picked up for 0.9
Hey first off I want to say thank you for the great emulator! I also had the same problem with save games. I'm using the win64 version and I discovered that after extracting the contents of the zip file to its own folder, that when you run the emulator it will create new memstick and flash0 folders alongside the PPSSPPWindows64 folder that it then uses instead of the ones inside the PPSSPPWindows64 folder. What's more since the flash0 folder is empty you don't see the dialog in the game.

I put the flash and memcard folders like this and now it works.
With the flash0 problem download the ppsspp before 0.9 and get the flash0 files that way. |

RE: Saved Data not being picked up for 0.9
or just start up a game, then ppsspp makes the necessary folders for you to copy your saves in.
that is what i did and it worked flawlessly. *~* You can get the weeny out of the war, but you cannot get the war out of the weeny *~* [email protected] - 8gb ddr3 - gtx 970 - windows 7 *~* i am really good at English, but it isn't my native language :3 |

RE: Saved Data not being picked up for 0.9
Hi all. I have just made some tests on this bug (when the memstick and font0 folders appear outside the emulator folder) and have figured out that it happens only if the emulator folder contains the word "Windows" in its name, and it is case-sensetive. For example, name it "PPSSPPlkjdqoWindows235", and you will see the bug. But if the name is "PPSSPP_WiNdoWs", the folders appear where they are supposed to be.
And it seems to be a rather old phenomena - it is present even in v0.7.6-1521. Didn't check older versions. Perhaps it was made intentionally for some dev tests and the emulator folder was named like this by mistake in the latest release. |

Hmm yes,if the ppsspp folder name contains the word "Windows"(case sensitive),ppsspp will create the memstick and font0 outside the ppsspp folder and use them
