There is no point of that.
If I actually try that version and the codes don't work,it will only mean that the codes are wrong,not that there is a problem with ppsspp
If there was a problem with ppsspp,my codes will not work too but they do.

What did you use when the codes worked.

I still don't think this is a ppsspp problem because my codes(for my USA version)work here
I tried them on:

As far I know they are not yet supported, and no, I don't think it is possible to convert a joker codes into a non one, you should recreate the code from scratch.

Making a jocker code a non-jocker code is as simple as removing the code.
When you remove it,the code that is triggered by the jocker code will always be enabled.

The problem is that some games use certain addresses for something else too and if you keep certain address always at set value,it may case problems(that's why those condition enabler type codes are used...if a value is certain value,if a value is lower than certain value,if a value is higher than certain value and so on)
