back buttom and chinese language problem

I am using build 670 of android version,but the back buttom isn't working (I know a few people posted it,but it's so important,sorry builders.)and the simple Chinese language will get into an strange language ,but the trad Chinese will be simple Chinese ,and I can't find traditional Chinese,please tell me how to fix it

I want to know why the Turbo Key, Select and Start buttons are positioned more to right, and not in the center of screen? I also want to report a loss of speed in recent builds. Many games are more slow.
