i do have this problems before and i think i know the source
normally, this was cause of lack of OpenGL 2.0

maybe, you are not using supported openGL 2.0 graphic or not to latest opengl version driver

for this software, you need at least openGL2.0 or newer graphics like Intel HD graphics and upper, nVidia GeForce 6000 series and upper, ATi X1300 and upper.
graphics like GMA 950, GMA 3150 or most older cards do not have openGL 2.0.

just to make sure,
update your graphic cards to latest driver.

and pls post your spec too.

well to be honest i dont care about the money (but cheaper better )

because, i really need good graphic card for my college study needs
its not all about gaming things
im a multimedia student and my programs really depends on graphic
like photoshop, illustrator, 3d max (<< this is the real shit), corel draw, and so

so any suggestion about what graphic card should i use/buy?

Even if you buy the best card on the market your cpu will bottleneck it,so you really want a new system.Send me a message and tell me your budget so i can recommend you a rig
