Bug with hotkeys and save states

1.If you hold any of the hotkeys,the hotkey function will be executed non stop until you release the key

2.I couldn't find a 100% reproducible method but I was playing on P3P in full screen and saving\loading states.When I exit full screen,none of those were working(including the hotkeys for them)...the menus were grayed\disabled

Save State File...
Run
Stop
Reset

It happen couple of times already.

So does anyone else ever encounter this.
It happens randomly and sometimes when you open the Emulations menu,rather than seeing

The "P" is partly visible

Also about the inactive menus,I have to do some kind of combination of using Escape,minimize,maximize and full screen to make them active again
