[Idea] Game Launcher In Windows

I'm not sure how the game launching in Android works, but on Windows, it opens up a standard windows file selection box. My idea is to allow users to choose a game directory on first launch, and have the emulator show all of the game icons with the names beside them (similar to the "recent" section, but showing all games and maybe being a bit more organized).

In new UI is a bit seems at this. To view the new UI you need add the line NewUI =True in ppsspp.ini.

Keep in mind that(at least here...maybe I'm using buggy version)when NewUI is enabled,you can no longer use the old method of opening images(File=>Open just won't load the game)
