So this is my first time tryin to play this game on the latest version of the emulatorm windows 8 64 bit, and i do have an AMD card not sure if this is one of the games that has compatibility issues with AMD cards or not didnt really feel like searching through 17 pages to find out, i skimmed a few pages at the start middle n end but didnt see anything.

Anyways. at the start it says loading option data, no option data found, failed to load option data ok to proceed? click yes and it goes through the sponsors and comes to installing a portion of the game,

needs 400 mb of free space yada yada when asked if u want to install, if you click yes then it goes to black screen and it dosent move on from there. if you click no then it goes to the start new game n all of that n seems to work fine untill u go to the story mode and then the emulator crashes right after it pops up n says "3 years from home" it crashes instantly, is there a way to fix this? or is this just another game im out of luck on?

Edit: i fixed it.. changed 3 things so not really sure wich one fixed it
1. turned off buffer render
2. turned of hardware transform
3. Didnt skip the first 2 little videos.

I solved the problem by using ppsspp 0.7.6 and saving with backup games but the problem is there's no there ATRAC3 +

ncognito , I have the same config as you and I still have black screen problem 8.1

Works fine here(USA version),I even pass the first mission(training)with S rank.
I'm using v0.8.1-125 and buffer rendering is disabled(all else with default settings)

PS.No idea if this has anything to do with it but I switch to Japanese voices

with the new at3plusdecoder.dll the game most likely to freeze when you get the message : no enough chakra ...... anything to fix that ?

I download the build and Still the same problem, I have not this problem on v0.7.6 but there's the problem of sound
when the chakra reaches 0 the game crashes andtrac3+ is disabled

I thought I could use cheats to always have max chakra but it looks like the game is constantly moving the address location for things.
Max chakra have 175 for value(beginning of the game)but once you restart the mission,the address you find is not working anymore or if you freeze the address and abort a mission and then start it again,the address is changed again.

I guess the game developers added some kind of anti cheating protection(along with the fact that you can't use downloaded saves from gamefaq which it looks kinda strange)

it works fine on v0.7.6 of the site, but there's no music

by the way , in the new version of ppsspp I used to bind the keys to : 1 2 3 5
and now I can't ..... -_-

in ppsspp 8.1-401 the game runs terrible .... long loading , troubled sounds and music , slow ........ somebody made a lot of mistakes there guys .... . . . .

Be patient for now use older build and wait dev team doing they job
