Android CyanogenMod PPSSPP Sound

I installed CyanogenMod 10.1.0 on my HTC One and PPSSPP works fine and runs faster than on the stock ROM (which is expected).

The only problem is that when running a game, it doesn't seem to recognize my headphones plugged in and the sound will come out of the phone's speakers instead.

I can listen to music and videos through the headphones fine.

When I played my own music and started a game at the same time the result was music coming through the headphones and the game's sound coming out through the speakers independently.

I tested on different game isos and the result is the same.

This only happens to me in CyanogenMod and PPSSPP works fine in the stock ROM.
