note 2 or huawei mate or xperia z for ppsspp??

i have some questions :

1-which phone have a better performanc( higher vbs) on ppsspp?
note 2 or huawei mate or xperia z?
2-anybody did test ppsspp on huawei devices with Huawei K3V2 chipset?

im about to buy a new device, plz guide me, Any help would be appreciated.

Well, I think the best one still the galaxy note 2, even if snapdragon 800 and exynos octa is more powerfull, note 2 still the best one with higher vps, I have a S4 octa, it got some improvement at lastest builds but still behind the gameplay at my aunties´ note 2.

it seems that the mali gpus are better for ppsspp,

Not really, PowerVR has these texture glitches while Mali often gets broken shaders (although I think they were fixed?) The only ones I haven't heard specific issues from are Adreno GPUs, but yeah between the phones you mentioned I'd choose N2 or Xperia Z.
