Disabling F3 and other shortcuts?

Hi,

I am using a oddly shaped ps3 controller and it works well, but hitting L1 and R1 makes my hand uncomfortable so I would like to remap L and R to L2 and R2.

The problem is that when I use these two keys it changes the FPS limit on L2 and the PPSSPP options with R2.

Is there anyway to disable to F shortcuts with the emulator?

If you look closer on the button mapping screen, these can be reconfigured.....
