PCSX2 have JIT?

I did some tests with the plugins, and the graphics are bad in all games that I've tested. Is much faster, in a game that I had 15-20 FPS, now I get 35-40 FPS (EDIT: This games is PAL, so the max speed is 50 FPS, is almost full speed). But just in this game, the graphics are dark. In other games, as the racing game, not have reflex in the cars and the street have many bugs. I have to wait, and buy a new video card.

Tray enable off sit hack in gsdx cutie if it doesnt help disable the hack

and tray to disable 8bit texture it may fix the graphic bug

or like what you seed you need a new gpu

What you think about the NVIDIA GeForce GT 640. I think a good video card. But not is 256bits, is 128bits. But I don't will use it for games much heavy. Caracteristics:

And overclock to 3.0ghz up..
It will increase your fps.

To set a better answer, yeah it has a JIT, but it doesn't have core HLE.
