works for me, try resetting your dsl/cable modem.

Problem fix ! I download ppsspp version 1197 and download the a3+ .. then i update again to the latest build 1263 and it's work ..

the emulator checks if you have the latest plugin version and won't let you download new one just because you change emulator revision(not plugin).

Tried many times to download the Atrac3+ decoder right from the emulator, but every time i get a "Failed to reach server" message, even after clearing cache and unistalling. And yes, i'm with an working Internet connection.

You should look at this thread.

Moreover, you should try to delete all your PPSSPP folder and download the latest available build here.

Did everything sugested, uninstalled PPSSPP, deleted de PSP folder, installed again (the lastest build) and i still get the "Failed to reach server", what else should i do?

Henrik has just fixed the issue for Android, try to use v0.7.6-1271-g82b4667 here Smile

Yeah, fixed now. Works again on my Nexus S at least.
