Wow, everything already fix up, no more bright scene, and you can save the game (doesn't need to use savestate anymore) .
for people who don't know how to make the scene back to normal or no more bright scene, after you go to town for the first time you just need to re-open your ppsspp and load your game (load the game not using loadstate), and then no more bright scene.

It's a see through texture issue. There are other games that have the same issue.
