Sounds great. You got your money's worth then. KH BBS has proper sound and music on Android? I thought only oioitff's Windows builds have it. Strange. I see, so for now the best bet would be the snapdragon version. Thanks

RE: Galaxy S4 and ppsspp results
Hey xperia can i make a request? Do you mind to do a short video of nulldce, saturn and ppsspp?
As i said im on the verge of getting an s4 but i want to see how it performs. If that isnt too much trouble, thats it. I guess you will be the first one on youtube to do such videos if you accept [Gaming PC]: i7 3770k @ 4,6ghz - 8gb DDR3 1600 G.Skill Ares - GTX 780Ti AMP! - Windows 8 pro x64 - Asus VG248QE [Mobile]: Iphone 5s 16gb Space Grey - Galaxy S3 GT-i9305 LTE [Android]: Nvidia Shield [Consoles]: PsVita - Crisis Core Limited Edition PSP - PS4 |

RE: Galaxy S4 and ppsspp results
Its still pretty slow... I tried mario kart and it was in the 20's. New mario works ok 40-50fps
Another psp at solid 60fps is motogp with frameskip 2 at least in time trail edit: frameskip 1! Xperia Play 2.3.3 |

RE: Galaxy S4 and ppsspp results
I got a Galaxy S4 too (snapdragon version) but my speeds are a lot slower than yours... I have only about 30 VPS on average in wipeout pulse!
My settings are: audio off vertex cache on hw transform on media engine on mipmapping on dynarec on fast memory on frameskip: 2 Am I missing something? I tried also other psp games and they are slow aswell, at first I believed it was normal and it was due to huge rendering resolution gs4 has, then I've seen this thread... I tried to lauch 3d mark to see if my s4 had some issues but the score is ok and other android games runs perfectly indeed. Other emus I tried are N64oid and it runs wonderfully with frameskip 0, FPse and ePSXe runs perfect with standard plugin but slower with opengl plugin (I also thought about resolution here..) |

Lol, i have a Lenovo Ideatab S2109 1.0Ghz with PowerVR GX540 and it runs an average of 40 VPS without frameskip and without mipmapping and vertex cache, maybe you forgot to turn Frame Limiter off, i think it is at 30 FPS, myabe thats why... |

Try disabling 'Buffered Rendering', setting Frameskip to 3 and make sure you have anything like anti-aliasing or anisotropic filtering disabled. |

RE: Galaxy S4 and ppsspp results
@Trenico
yeah that's what I mean about resolution... I could be wrong but your tab has 1024x758 resolution. Frame limiter is off, VPS are between 20-40 in the first race of the campaign. The options I didn't mention before are all off. Hardware transform is on and buffered rendering, anti-aliasing, anisotropic and frame limiter are off. While in time trial the game reaches 50+ me too, but still unconstant and a lot worse than I expected... I see youtube videos of people playing smoother (with older smartphones). With frameskip off I get 15-20VPS and frameskip 3 its faster but stutters a lot. |
