Buffer Rendering slower on Android
Buffer Rendering is very slow in Android, I think increased the resolution, I'd better reduce to 2x again.
Phones: Poco F3 8GB/256GB (Snapdragon 870 5G) and Redmi Note 6 Pro 4/64GB (Snapdragon 636) PC: AMD Ryzen 5 3600 / 16GB RAM DDR4 3600MHz / NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti 6GB / Windows 10 Pro |

RE: Buffer Rendering slower on Android
Buffered rendering draws more. It should always be slower unless the game doesn't make use of the rendering or your device can't fill a native resolution (For eg. iPad4 native resolution is too high @ 2048x1536).

RE: Buffer Rendering slower on Android
Thanks. Is impossible to play with this speed now. My device is Galaxy SII, resolution 800x480.

RE: Buffer Rendering slower on Android
I tested, but is much more slow than before, when buffer rendering had the option 2x and 1x. The 2x option was more fast than this.

Holy ****
There's a pretty nice an improvement just from erasing old data, I had no idea about this.. Thanks a lot! -Samsung galaxy S3 International version - Android 4.4.2 -Dual Core locked CPU, Clocked at 1Ghz-1.8Ghz -Mali 400MP4 GPU Clocked from 160Mhz to 533Mhz -1GB ram, boo.. |

The anti aliasing doesn't decrease the performance at all with me, now much loss in fps do u get? (05-06-2013 10:42 PM)kenny43 Wrote: Holy **** Are you kidding me ?! Enjoy the glory ;P To be honest I had noticed slowdowns on builds installed over others, but then I was too lazy to erase the data or install/uninstall, then after reading what you said I just tried and I just dropped my jaw Thanks anyways! -Samsung galaxy S3 International version - Android 4.4.2 -Dual Core locked CPU, Clocked at 1Ghz-1.8Ghz -Mali 400MP4 GPU Clocked from 160Mhz to 533Mhz -1GB ram, boo.. |

RE: Buffer Rendering slower on Android
Why is there an improvement from clearing data?
What exactly is it clearing? Settings? Save games? |

But anyways this is why it is called unstable gits. And if you also noticed the difference in performance between official releases and the gits @_@ As long as you put your heart in something, It never goes in vein. |

RE: Buffer Rendering slower on Android
The improvement from clearing data is because we changed the option that was used to double the resolution on Android, so if you had it enabled before you now get 4x instead of 2x, and 2x instead of 1x. A silly mistake, will get it fixed soon.
