RE: Tekken 6
Tekken 6 running smooth and fast for OPPO A3S. (Mid tier phone)

This settings will greatly improve your battle speed significantly by using Vulkan GPU driver and cwcheat.

[System]
Enable cheats: ON
Enable plugins: ON
PSP model: PSP-2000/3000
Game language: Auto
Nickname: PPSSPP
Date format: YYYYMMDD

[Active Cheats]
_C2 Custom CPU speed freeze FIX <- You have this ON
0xE0030004 0x001C6094
0x201C6094 0x00000000
0x201CFC28 0x00000000
0x201CFE74 0x00000000

Backend: Vulkan
Rendering resolution: 2x PSP
Display resolution: 2x PSP
Replace textures: ON
Low latency display: ON
Frame skipping: 2
Auto frameskip: OFF
Alternative speed: Unlimited
Skip buffer effects: ON
Lazy texture caching: ON
Spline/Bezier curves quality: Medium
Buffer graphics commands: Up to 2
Hardware transform: ON
Software skinning: ON
Anisotropic filtering: 16x
Texture filtering: Auto
GPU texture upscaler: Off
Upscale level: Off
Render duplicate frames to 60 Hz: OFF
Show FPS counter: ON
Show Speed: ON

Playback mode: Classic (lowest latency)
Fill audio gaps: OFF
Enable sound: ON
Game volume: 100%
Reverb volume: 100%
Alternate speed volume: 100%

Fast memory: ON
Ignore bad memory accesses: ON
I/O timing method: Fast (lag on slow storage)
CPU Clock: 120
PSP Model: Not shown but likely 2000/3000

Changing the CPU Clock can greatly be beneficial, as even setting it to 60 for 30/30 fps. Using custom CPU speed will clock it to 60/60 since 60hz x 2x resolution will make it render nicely.

Also Skip-buffering speeds up a lot of frames.
