Log to File not creating log.txt

Bug Log to File not creating log.txt
I am using the latest stable PPSSPP portable version for Windows on Windows 11. I enabled the “Log to File” option in the developer settings, but the DUMP folder and log.txt file are not being created.

I also tried changing the output directories, but the log file still does not appear anywhere in the PPSSPP folder.
