Oh my goshness I hope you found the problem. Is there a fix in place that we can expect to see sometime in the future for iOS in the AppStore? Thanks for a bunch for all you do! Look forward to ur answer

Based on the last comment at https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/issues/19246 the permission to use multicast/broadcast have been approved by Apple recently, so it should've worked by now (at least on both version available at AppStore, not sure about sideloaded version from an IPA file)
