Help with text issue

Hi very new to psp emulators and i was wondering if there is a way i can smooth out the text i have gone through some settings but the text for star ocean is very janky.

I find that texture and post-processing scaling don't always do well with text. It's just because they're algorithms.

You may be able to use or create an HD texture replacement pack, focusing on text. That's usually the best way to make text look better.
