Cheat file on mac
Hi, How do you open a cheat file on a mac ? Pressing "edit cheat file" doesn't do anything. I have no idea where to look in the file system. Thanks.

RE: Cheat file on mac
On Mac this line opens ini file:
https://github.com/hrydgard/ppsspp/blob/...l.cpp#L920 Don't know anything about Macs, but if it doesn't work it probably just means you have no default text editor assigned to ini files. Cheat ini files are stored on memstick/PSP/Cheats, if you don't know where your memstick is, there's a button for it under PPSSPP's system settings, but if your system has no basic text editor it's probably not much help to find them. http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=6594 - Custom PPSSPP Shaders! http://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=3590&pid=117172#pid117172 - simple CE scripts to help creating CWCheats, https://github.com/LunaMoo/PPSSPP_workarounds - CWCheat workarounds. |

Yes that was it. If you go settings>tools>system information you can find your ppsspp folder address, for me it was in the user directory, inside a hidden folder called “.config“. All the cheat files .ini were inside it, and there was no default text editor assigned to them. Once I did set a default text editor, I could use the “Edit cheat file" button in ppsspp menu correctly. Thanks for the help. |
