I just installed this latest build and thanks for all the hard work but my controller isn't working in the menu or in game. This is the first build that it won't work. I checked all the settings even did an auto detect, it finds the controller and I can even map the controller but when I'm back in the menu or in game nothing responds. Hopefully I'm overlooking something simple. I reverted back to the play store build and everything worked again so not sure.

That is certainly not expected. Can you give some more details, like which Android device and which controller you are using?

Nooooooooo they spoiled the ppsspp mapper which was perfect, who had this idea???? I updated to 1.12 and my xbox 360 controller on my android tv box which was all set to ppsspp 1.11.3 and working perfect, then I had to remove the 1.12 I bought and go back to the previous version 1.11.3 because of a smart that it is resolved to play with the pitiful mapper. We want to collaborate by buying the gold version but this makes it more complicated.

Nvidia Shield Tablet 32bit only) running 1.11 no problem. Updated to 12 stable and latest nightly but my ipega does not work anymore. Had to roll back for now

Unfortunately, I've got the same problem. The gamepad isn't working anymore.

I use a Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+ running with Android 11 & a Playstation 4/Dualshock 4 game controller.

When I try to configure the buttons PPSSPP doesn't write pad.1[B] for example, but mouse.[B].

Same problem here with latest build downloaded from play store. Controller is detected in settings but doesn't work in menus or in game.
Device: Xiaomi Redmi 7 running Android 10 with Ipega 9167 BT controller.

Facing same issue too. Reverted back to 1.11 and works perfectly.. using glaaxy note 9 with gamesir g4 pro. On Android 10

I can confirm that the latest build 1.12.2 Is now working with the Galaxy tab S7 plus and the ipega 9083.
