PPSSPP and PCSX2 messing with each other

I noticed that if I use PCSX2 (on Win 10 64-bit) and then try to use PPSSPP, it will not work. Restarting the computer solves the issue, so it's not that big of a deal, but does anyone know what could cause this and if there's a better solution? I guess there's some cache file that gets cleared when restarting but I have no idea where to look.

Never heard of this before. What GPU do you have? Do you have up-to-date drivers installed for it?

I have an AMD 5700 XT and yes, latest drivers.
