MH Portable / Freedom 1 & 2 Event Quests

Heya,
I've found this thread about Freedom Unite https://forums.ppsspp.org/showthread.php?tid=5476
But I've not found anything for the first 2 games on the psp,
is there a save-tool available for those, so I can use event quests in them?

& if there is, is there a place where I can download the quests? afaik the server for 1 shut down a long time ago

the thread you mentioned ( Monster Hunter Freedom Unite - Downloadable contents (Updated Feb. 2020) ) has a link in it to github repo with the saves
