Is there a PPSSPP Settings Guide?

I remember there being one, but the only detail I can remember is that Vulkan is faster, while OpenGL is more compatible, which I am doubting now.

I've got a new phone and totally forgot all the settings and for a while I haven't paid any attention until some textures started to break on Dissidia 012, only fixed when I swapped from Vulkan to OpenGL.
