Rock Band Unplugged issue

i am having an issue with rock band unplugged, im using the latest PPSSPP build on windows 10 using a ps4 controller via blue tooth.

The issue i am having is when playing a song, i hit the note just fine but its when the sustaining notes 'the notes you have to hold' once i press the right button and held it the game just registers it as a button press and not a hold, if their any issues like this before?

Use version 1.6.3 to fix this issue.
