PPSSPP always pressing "down"

Whenever I start any game, the main menu always has the cursor going down(Unless the main menu only moves the cursor via the D-Pad, in which case, when I get into the game, the character is moving down, even when I'm not pressing anything). It's not my joypad or my keyboard, because it happens when they're unplugged. Anyone know of this?

Hmm. To be sure, if you select Start -> Run and type "game controllers" and select "Set up USB game controllers", there are none listed, right?

Do you have a gaming mouse or keyboard? One might be reporting itself as a DirectInput device.
