PPSSPP doesnt launch

Alright, so I just got a new laptop, and wanted to play some games on the go with it, but only issue is PPSSPP doesn't launch at all, never shows up in task manager. I have downloaded PPSSPP on my desktop and it runs perfectly, but not on my laptop, and I have no idea whats going on...(hardware is plenty powerful to run it) if anyone can help, that would be appreciated.

8th Generation Intel® Core™ i7-8705G Processor 3.1GHz
16GB DDR4-2400MHz RAM
2TB PCIe SSD
Radeon™ RX Vega M GL Graphics with 4GB HMB2 Graphics Memory
Windows 10 Home 64bit

Maybe something with the integrated GPU? (I'm normally a Nvidia guy..)
