The post processing shaders are working in latest dev builds?

Hello!

I'm using one of the latest builds and the shaders don't work. I get the message show on the screenshot, is something related to developement or a issue with my older computer? (I think is my computer) Did anyone bumped into this and how did you solved the problem?
