i understand all that spam about breast expansion errection improvement and all but wtf now KOREANS? any 1 have ide where did they get the idea to spamm it on this exact forum?

its like someone was trying to sell mp3 player on forum for deaf ppl

Because this forum has no first post must be approved protection to stop just this kind of thing and it is bot that is actually making these things.

I think this forum would benefit from stronger bot detection measures on account registration, a simple question should do, something like "Complete the following line: PPSSPP by ...".

look at some point we all played minecraft or cs on private servers

we all see some faker connecting advertise other server and disconnecting or getting banned

but they advertise servers for the game ur actually playing


that makes sens but what if someone connected to lets say minecraft server and advertise new BMW car for sell

its like WTF ide? like who is that stupid to do that?

They do it because it's cheap to do. They're either paying almost nothing to starving people in third world countries, tricking people trying to watch porn into bypassing captchas for them, or using automated bots. But any of these ways, the marginal cost is almost nothing. Because it costs them nothing they have no sense of "spending wisely."

Why bother posting only on relevant forums for $0.01 when you could post on irrelevant forums also for $0.01?

Think of it this way: Suppose you had to sell your car, and needed the money quick to cover emergency costs. Let's say you had the option for 50 people to see your car for sale, or for 50,000 people to see it... at no cost to you either way, no difference in the price the car would sell for, etc... would you pick 50? No? Neither would spammers.

And really, when you're just hoping to trick someone, you're not really after relevant forums - you're after gullible people. The theory is, you can find gullible people anywhere. So there's no irrelevant forum - not for scams. Everywhere has some percentage chance of having a mark.

Of course, a reputable business doesn't work this way. They see value in putting their message in front of the right people, having dignity in their brand, etc. They're after the long-term reward of spending extra time and money restricting the message to the right people.

for they to spam they need to get profit from it

to get profit someone need to have profit in their spam
so in the end its like im owner of restaurant and i give each user on this forum a brick adding 1$ to each brick and tell just say that this bricks need to fly trough windows of my competition

and poof all turn out to be idiots and go break windows with that bricks in barber shops (not aiming to offend here any 1) like how stupid someone would need to do that
and my competition dont die i dont have more customers so i dont have more money to give to ppl with bricks

same like if ur youtuber u put effort time maybe some money to make quality video for viewers and then u pay your viewers like 1 dolar in advance and ask him to get u 100 subscribers and that viewer is spamming ur movies all over forums but u are not getting new subscribers so in the end u wont pay any more

so i still miss the point of this spam

i do understand spamers dont give 2 fu##s about wher they spam but their spam need to give benefit to someone then what benefit anyoune would have spamming on this forum?

Basically, if they were thinking that far ahead, they probably wouldn't be spamming in the first place. The bad decisions that make people spam are the same ones that make them not target their customers properly.

This particular forum.... probably very little since most spam takes advantage of quite alot of people's lack of understanding of technology to do damage to them or it is really bad advertizing which is not really a useful or profitable use of spam in general.

But Zero you are forgetting the most important thing of all.... the spammers probably have no idea what this forum is about and have not bothered to read any posts to ecen try and figure out.

i think i posted it somewhere on this forum already when i first did see that spam but i remember i was on i think some kind of emulation forum and i have seen captacha like

"name of famous Italian plumber"

but problem stats with now not every one knows about that well we live in different times

maybe something like "select images that contain water" or "solve this 5*7=?"

but in the end if someone want to spam here he will spam anyway

so only effective action would be for first post of new user needed to be approved by someone Like TkSilver stated

its like DUREX company pay like 10 ppl for go to kindergarten to advertise their product among kids there

But it is far closer to DUREX paying a forign blimp operators to fly over a countries that they have never been to and drop leaflets..... Will some of those leaflets end up on elementry school playgrounds.... probably. Does the Blimp operator understand why this would be an issue or even care.... doubtful they just get paid for each stack they throw out the window. Does DUREX even really care.... probably not until people boycott their company over corrupting children, since they pay almost nothing to the blimp operators hence getting ones that just don't care.

about durex well it dont need to advertise much anyway i see it in every common store and there is no big choice of any different product from any other company

and as i started to think about it i realize i never did go to any of that sites that fakers here give link to in that spams

maybe its just click bite like they dont care if you buy or not they will get $$ for anyone that visits their site just by adds

Be careful with checking out some of these sites since they could use some pretty annoying methods to instal viruses on your system even if you don't chose to download or run anything on their site.
