There is a way like hamachi or tunngle for Android,
All you need is neorouter VPN mesh and you have to created a domain, if you want I can create a domain and then you will juste have to connect and copy the virtual IP address |

Well to create a domain,you have to go to in a website(write on Google neorouter dashboard)I will maybe do a tutorial

Now I have created a domain so aller you have to do you and jour friend is to install neorouter VPN mesh on your phone and you have to write this to connect to my domain :
Username : ppsspptest Password : 123456789 Log on to : ppsspptest Once you will be connected to the VPN,juste check if you and your friend are connected(it based on phone model and if the Android logo is green,that mean that you're connected) *If after a couple of days it doesn't work,just wait I will recreate a new one |

i ve tried it. with my home wifi it works fine, but with mobile connection it says "Signin failed because connection to server cannot be established"
it would be nice on-go way to play with a friend who is at home I will play multiplayer MHU, MHP3rd, Patapon 3, Final Fantasy Type-0, any racing, maybe MGS peace walker.
