All is in the title
 except that I want the solution for gta lcs who run at 30 fps...ps : this is not a performance problem because I can run gta in alternative speed at 120 fps... Thanks in advance ! JPHLAG |

You need FPS unlocking cwcheats for that

Install? Wut?
Just enable "Cheats" option and a config file of the game will be created.
